Pleased as usual! We had a wiring issue at our 10 unit, resulting in the late night, fire dept, everyone evac situation. H&C were there in record time, diagnosed, and remedied in record time! On top of that Jerry and Rob came down today to properly finish the job. No pipes on the ceiling, no holes for us to repair (he repaired temp holes for wire himself), and they left no mess! And in the end, they stayed later just to make my life more convenient by moving an alarm box. Great company, very happy to have them with us!

From the beginning, Michael was very responsive and immediately got involved in our extensive project planning and consulting with the local fire department to implement the appropriate fire/carbon monoxide/security system. He and Jeff, the technician, worked diligently and quickly to get everything in place before plastering was done. Mike was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and easily contacted when questions arose. During 6 months of this process, both Mike and Jeff were always involved to help to get this system completed. I have been impressed with Mike and appreciative of HCS.
