Excellent experience from start to finish. Joe in sales was honest & straightforward. No oversell, good product knowledge. No pressure to sign anything. Dave our installer also great. Understood systems completely, gave me updates along the way as to what he was doing. Very helpful to me in understanding optimum use of keypad, FOBS, overall support provided by monitoring system. Highly recommend

Independent Alarm is the only option you should trust. Do not let their independent, family-owned status make you think they do not have the same capabilities and resources for protection as all of the other larger companies. You will form a relationship with this company and its staff, making you feel like you actually have people that care watching over you and your business. I made a transition from a larger company to independent alarm and I'll never go back. They are affordable and most importantly responsive. I would highly recommend Independent Alarm for your business, there are many options for protection.
