My Home gun safe was delivered today on schedule and on time by two very pleasant and capable delivery men. Zach was very patient and answered all of my questions each time I came into the store It rare today to get a good old fashioned customer service from a brick and mortar store

I PLACED A ORDER FOR MY SAFE ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND DUE TO COVID MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD. I'M TOTALLY OK WITH THAT AND HAVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY. BUT WITHIN THE 3 MONTHS I HAVE BOUGHT A HOUSE AND MOVED AND I CONTACTED ZACK TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS. MY ORDER SENT OUT AND DELIVERED. IT WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT BY THE NEXT DAY THERE WAS NO PACKAGE. I CONTACTED ZACK AND HE STATED HE IS GOING TO CHECK WITH THE COMPANY AND DO EVERYTHING HE CAN TO GET MY ORDER TO ME. IT'S DEFINITELY FRUSTRATING BUT I BELIEVE ZACK WILL GET EVERYTHING STRAIGHTENED OUT FOR ME. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THE COMMUNICATION AND THEY'VE STAYED IN TOUCH THE ENTIRE WAITING PERIOD. I THANK YA'LL SO MUCH AND CAN'T WAIT TO GET MY NEW SAFE!

Bought a very nice American Security safe from maximum Security in 2020. Big enough for all of our valuables, firearms, important papers and keepsakes. Sales office was helpful, I got a good price, and my safe was delivered by a very experienced team who had to take the 900+ pound safe up 2 flights of stairs. They protected my wood stairs and floors every step of the way, and while I was biting my nails watching them, they got the job done without any damage to anything. Definitely knew what they were doing. We are extremely happy with the safe, it is everything we wanted and more!
